Permits & Zoning in Spring Hope, NC
Building permits are the responsibility of the purchaser if they are needed. Not all buildings require a building permit from the county. Portable storage buildings that measure under 12' in any dimension aren't required to have a building permit according to NC State Building code requirements. However, Zoning permits are separate and can be required even if no building permit is necessary. We encourage our customers to check with their local code enforcement / governing body to determine if a permit is necessary.
Rules change. Confirm with your local building office before you buy.
