Open territory

We have not named a manufacturer in Kentucky yet. We only recommend builders we have put our own name behind, and we would rather say nothing than say the wrong thing. A dealer on the ground here is usually how that changes - tell us what you carry and we will take a look at it.

In the meantime you get the same storefront, the same Google Shopping feed and the same local search pages every other dealer on the platform gets.

Three steps to a live lot

  1. Pick your territory

Tell us where your lot is. We build the local search pages that put you in front of buyers shopping your area, not somebody else's.

  2. List what you carry

Load your inventory once - by spreadsheet, by sheet sync, or one building at a time - and it flows into your storefront and your Google Shopping feed.

  3. Take the leads

Buyers reach you directly. No shared lead pool, no bidding against three other dealers for the same phone call.

What you get as a dealer

Your own storefront

A full digital lot at your own address on Sheds.Store, with your branding, your hours and your contact details.

Google Shopping feed

Every building you list is submitted as a product, so your inventory shows up where people are already looking.

Local SEO pages

City and state pages built on our domain authority, pointed at your lot rather than at a national aggregator.

Manufacturers we vouch for

We review builders the way a contractor reviews subcontractors. Carry one we recommend and buyers see that on your listings.

Built by dealers

The team behind Sheds.Store has spent more than fifteen years selling sheds. The tooling is what we wanted and could not buy.

Rent-to-own friendly

List RTO terms alongside cash pricing so buyers self-qualify before they ever pick up the phone.

Questions dealers ask first

Do I have to carry a manufacturer you recommend?

No. The recommendations are there to help buyers and to help you choose a builder worth standing behind - they are not a condition of listing. You can sell whatever you already carry.

What if you have not recommended anyone in my state yet?

You can still sign up, and you get the same storefront, feed and local pages as every other dealer. Open territory usually means we have not had a dealer on the ground there yet, which is exactly the gap a new dealer fills.

How much does it cost?

The Early Adopter plan is $1/month. You can list your full inventory on it - there is no per-listing fee and no commission on a sale.

How long does setup take?

Most dealers have a storefront live the same day. Inventory is the slow part, and there is a spreadsheet import and a Google Sheets sync to make that quick.
